Hanamoku Family’s Christmas Cookies of 2021

Siddhartha Gautama himself. I was going for a hint of Santa Claus.

Mrs. Hanamoku and I usually make more cookies, but we’re both on a diet. We will partition these out through Christmas Day.

For the Eternal Fishnu, I tried out a Jackson Pollock-ish technique for the “glitter” of a mahimahi.

The Eternal Fishnu. I was going for the Mr. Narwal (from “Elf”) look.

The green Enso at the center of the dorje is complete. This represents the completeness of the journey of the Eternal Fishnu.

Dorje.

Here’s all the cookies in one family portrait. The two empty ones are for you to fill out.

The entire 2021 Christmas cookie collection.

A reminder that in case you missed Bodhi Day on December 8, you have your Bodhi Day mulligan on January 10, 2022 – the Lunar Bodhi Day.

Faith and Patience – and Merry Christmas,

Reverend Dukkha Hanamoku
