I found this site that lists the 1st day of the “months” for lunar year 2023:
Notice that there is a “Lunar Month 2” and “Lunar Leap Month 2”?
Look for “Lunar Month 12”, which begins on January 11, 2024. So the 8th day of the 12th month is January 18, 2024.
